Free Shipping Offers There are no current Free Shipping offers in effect.
Free Shipping Offers are only in effect for the lower, continuous 48 States (excluded are Alaska, Hawaii and the Canadian Provinces). Free Shipping includes standard USPS Priority and First Class Mail only. No expedited OR UPS options are included in our Free Shipping Offers.
Ship to Locations (US and Canada)
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. Please Note there can be Duty Fees and Related UPS charges on some products shipped to Canada via UPS. We Recommend using International Mail for most shipments into Canada.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs in the Shopping Cart. Delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipping Weights and Rates
The shipping rates for many items we sell are based on Dimensional Weight. Each Carriers' Dimensional Weight Rates are different and subject to change. Standard weights of items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full unit of measure (Pounds /Ounces).
Shipping Charges may include Handling Fees depending on the shipping method and destination.
Other Shipping Information
- Business Days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Allowances for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii add 3-5 days. Allowance for shipments to Canada add 7 to 10 days.
- Shipments to more than one address may require additional shipping and handling charges for each address.
- Overnight Air Express orders placed after 2 PM Mountain Time will ship the following business day.
- Items shipped directly from our vendors will require additional time for delivery. Returns may be subject to a manufacturer's restocking charge.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund no questions asked, excluding shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If the package is opened or damaged we may charge up to a 20% Restocking fee. This will be determined after we inspect the merchandise. Any restocking fees will be deducted from the return amount.
Timing for Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
How Do I Process a Return
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Warranty Repairs and Replacements
Some products may be eligible for extended warranty repairs and/or replacement. See the product detail pages for more information. Proof of Purchase is required in most cases. Please contact us with any questions regarding product warranty.
